In addition to traditional building systems (sticks and bricks) ESS has joined with companies that provide alternative systems to construct homes and buildings.

Worldwide wood supplies will ultimately be reduced or depleted as the population continues to grow and demands increase.  Trees are the "lungs of the world" that use Carbon Dioxide that we produce and turn it back to oxygen that we breathe.

We are depleting this valuable commodity; and though trees are a renewable resource, the renewing is not as rapid as the usage and future demands.

ESS has joined with companies that replace the need and usage of wood products in buildings by using steel (recycled), concrete and recycled materials for construction that is more energy efficient, lower cost and more durable than typical construction materials.

STRUCTURAL PANEL SYSTEMS

This system has been used throughout the world to build high quality homes and buildings that are "green" using wire structured panels and concrete (recycled concrete materials)

The buildings constructed with this system exceed wind, seismic and snow load requirements, are energy efficient and quickly constructed at lower costs than traditional building methods.

President Jimmy Carter and Rosylin have built homes for Habitat for Humanity with this system and claimed that this is one of the best systems that they have seen.

 Structural Steel PanelsSteel is the most recycled material on earth and used for building systems saves trees.  With this structural insulated panel system, buildings and homes can be built quickly and affordably while providing strength in wind, snow and seismic areas.

DOME HOMES AND BUILDINGS.

 

Dome homes are built with steel rebar (recycled) and concrete (recycle mix) for a rapid build at a lower cost than traditional construction.  The dome structure can be built as low end to upscale living.

These homes exceed wind, seismic and snow load codes and have a high energy efficiency.

EARTH BLOCKS

Compressed Earth Blocks are made from local soil with a 10 to 20% clay base or local soil with added enzymes or portland cement.

This system can be used to build any type of structure, homes and commercial buildings, retaining walls, privacy walls, etc.

This system is truely a "green" building method and has a very high wind, seismic, snow load factor while also being energy efficient.
