HISTORY OF ESS - ESC
Eco - Sustainable Systems technology incubator was initially developed by Nelson Mensch (Founder) and Les Smith (Founder) to help inventors to develop inventions and to introduce the world to a better way - a new way of building communities.
Eco Sustainable Systems joined with JESSCO HOMES as partners in ESS. JESSCO HOMES is a Real Estate Development Company with a history of building over 850 eco - friendly and affordable homes and commercial properties.

Jeff Stahl is the owner of JESSCO Homes, a real estate development company that has built over 850 homes over the past several years. Jessco Homesand ESC will be building a totally sustainable "Model To the USA" project in South Carolina of several thousand homes, businesses and commercial properties.
TIM HOUGE - FOUNDERTim Houge is the Vice President of Finance with Jessco Homes and has over 22 years in upper management or Meadwestvego Paper Company (a Fortune 400 Company; and is a tremendous value for the overall operations and management of the Eco Sustainable Systems Projects.
