Technology development

A MASTERPIECE IN THE CLOSET

There are many people who have had great ideas that could change the world.  However, most of these ideas never get developed.

About Eco Sustainable Consortium, LLC (ESC)

ESC was developed as an incubator for new technologies to bring new Ecology Friendly and Sustainable technologies from concept to reality – and to the market place.

The ESS Consortium has a 26 step (A to Z) plan that helps inventors accomplish his/her goals without venture capitalist desiring an equity stake in the technology.

ESS funds the whole process and the inventor owns his/her technology 100% once the loaned funds are repaid.

ESS has an aggressive global market plan to get the new technologies earning revenues immediately after production.

For existing eco-sustainable technologies, ESS will provide manufacturing and distribution at its facilities.

The World Headquarters is Located in the Charleston area of South Carolina where ESS is building an industrial park to provide manufacturing and distribution of eco sustainable systems.

ESS is expanding operations to 6 locations (industrial manufacturing and distribution centers) throughout the USA for strategic distribution to the USA and abroad.

    Concept to Reality

Concept to Reality involves 26 well thought out steps (A – Z)

    (A.)   Inventor has an “idea.”

    (B.)  “concept” is written down

(C.)  “Research” to determine market viability.

Now,… the work begins!  Steps (D – Z ) are where it all takes shape!

    (D.)  Funding, patent work…

    (E.)  Asset utilization

(F.)  Developing a working model or “prototype.”

Considerations… There are a number of things that have to be managed properly in order to successfully complete the entire process.     The ultimate goal is to end up at “( Z )” The Marketplace.

    Inventor Challenges

There are numerous new and innovative ideas and inventions that could make a big difference or even, “change the world.”

However, many of these brilliant ideas never reach the market for various and numerous reasons.

Investor paranoia - One of several reasons exceptional ideas never come to fruition is that;  inventors who spend many years in developing their ideas and products, many times, fear that a corporation or some unscrupulous investor will steal their work, leaving the inventor out of the picture.

Funding - In the immortal words of Nelson Mensch; “Many inventors are like starving artists, who have a masterpiece in their closet, but lack the funding necessary to protect their work or get their work to the marketplace.”

Support - Without sufficient funding, the inventor cannot pay the necessary fees required to procure patents, technical support, prototypes, business plans and marketing, all necessary components that assure success for the inventor’s idea or product.

CorporationsMany corporations do not want to see innovative ideas or inventions reach the marketplace if the idea or product is perceived as a threat to the corporation’s bottom line profitability.

    ESS Consortium Mission

Most inventors are creative in developing ideas and products, but may be lacking some of the aforementioned “necessary pieces” in the process, to achieve success in the marketplace.

Eco-Sustainable ConsortiumWas developed to provide the “Army” behind the inventor.  (ESC) becomes the “David,” standing behind the inventor, to overcome the challenge of the “Goliaths” standing in the way of success!

    Mission

Was conceived to fund and support the inventor in achieving success in the global market.  ESC has devised a well structured funding mechanism and technical support team that will facilitate the inventor’s success and integration into the market.

    What ESC will provide

    All Necessary Funding

    All technical Support

    Production Facility

    Workers and Staff

    Global Marketing

ESS Consortium

Helping inventors to bring their Green and Sustainable Inventions from concept to reality.

Eco-Sustainable Incubator

The “ESC Incubator” was developed to help inventors of “green and sustainable products”- to assist and facilitate taking their ideas and products from “concept to reality.”

It has been noted, that in many instances, “great ideas or inventions” never reach the marketplace, due to “roadblocks” in the multi-faceted process.

The inventor typically discovers that no matter how good the idea or invention is, the major hurdle is usually; lack of proper funding and technical support.

If the Inventor locates either an Investor or Venture Capitalist interested in their idea or product, the Investor, to protect their capital investment, will typically insist on controlling interest, or a very large piece of the Inventor’s intellectual property.

The Inventor usually wants to retain more of his property, or is unwilling to meet the Investor’s demands, therefore creating a “stalemate,” in which the product or idea goes… “Nowhere!

Concept to Reality

Concept to Reality involves 26 well thought out steps (A – Z).

(A-Z)   26 Step Process

ESC was conceived as an “incubator” for green and sustainable ideas and technologies.  ESC does not attempt to “own’ anything.  Our primary focus is to assist inventors in taking their ideas and technologies from “concept to reality.”

(A.)  The “process” begins when the inventor signs a notarized NC/ND agreement which protects their idea or technology.

(B.)  Our ESC “advisory board” will determine if your idea or technology is within ESC’s guidelines for “green and sustainable” projects

(C.)  If you are accepted, a more in-depth interview will be conducted by our board to determine exactly where you are in the 26 step process. The board will then calculate your financial needs. At this point, our team will develop strategies needed to complete the 26 step process for moving your idea or technology into the marketplace.

(A-Z) Process - How it Works

Once your idea or technology is “accepted,” ESC’s board members will work with you to determine if you desire to participate in ESC’s 26 step program.

Once both parties mutually agree, an “ESC Consortium Member Contract” will be signed by both parties and the process begins.

How it works  D – Z (cont.)

(D.) This step determines where you are in relation to patents and product protection.  We submit your unique situation to our law firm, Dilworth and Paxson, (International Law and Patents.) Once the patent process is complete, the patent will be issued in your name.

(E.)  ESC and the law firm of Dilworth and Paxson, will work with you to set up a “Family Trust” to protect your assets and insure that you can pass your patents and wealth to your family or assigns, without stifling probate consequences.

(F.)  ESC will set up the appropriate structure (LLC, Nevada Corp, etc.) in which to do business and minimize tax consequences.

(G.)  ESC will provide a working plan to take your idea, invention, technology or product to the marketplace.

(H.)  ESC Product Development Department will work with you to develop your product and produce a working model - prototype.

(I.)  ESC will provide a “production manager,” to work with you to set up the initial manufacturing process.

(J.)  ESC will assign an accountant to your specific project to track all expenses related to production.

(K.)  ESC will (allocate) sufficient space at the facility for the final production of your product.

(L.)  ESC will provide the workforce needed to manufacture or produce your product.

(M.)  Crawl, Walk and Run Concept.  (Start slow, walk, then, finish fast!).

(N.)  Crawl… Small production runs are introduced to the market to determine market response.

(O.)  Walk… application of your product or technology in the “real world.”

(P.)  Run… Once your product or technology is tested and proven, (grass roots,) at one of ESC’ Eco-Sustainable Communities, it becomes market ready!

(Q.) ESC will work toward creating market demand through ESC’s marketing arm and connections in the marketplace.

(R.)  ESC production department, on an ongoing basis, assesses needs for your product, associated and tied to expansion in the market and demand for your product.

(S.)  ESC production department will determine if new equipment or updated equipment is needed to fulfill market demands.

(T.)  ESC’s ongoing market analysis continues on your behalf, to update market demands, adjusting to your needs to maintain “Full Production.”

(U.)  ESC will continue to provide “back office” human resources, payroll and group insurance, (provided at a much lower rate than small business) for the employees.

(V.)  ESC will assist in expansion to different regions of the country (strategic positioning) should your product outgrow regional demand.

(W.)  ESC will assist in expansion into the “global” marketplace as the need arises through demand in emerging undeveloped Nations.

(X, Y, Z)  ESC’ team will work with you in all phases of your endeavor to determine what your personal XYZ is, and will support your every effort in achieving your goals!
